
Tabbouleh with mint | Lime Carving Seasoning
For 4 people :
- 350 gr of raw semolina
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g of almonds
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 red pepper
- 7 coriander leaves
- 1 red onion
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 citron
- Cook the semolina.
- Dice the tomatoes, cucumber and bell pepper.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- Slice the raisins.
- Crush the almonds.
- Chop the cilantro and mint.
- Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
- Season with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Serve with Lime Trimming Seasoning.
