Tabbouleh with mint | Lime Carving Seasoning

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, assistant of the Savant Food

For 4 people :

- 350 gr of raw semolina
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g of almonds
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 red pepper 
- 7 coriander leaves
- 1 red onion
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 citron

 

    1. Cook the semolina.
    2. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber and bell pepper.
    3. Finely chop the red onion.
    4. Slice the raisins.
    5. Crush the almonds.
    6. Chop the cilantro and mint.
    7. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
    8. Season with olive oil and lemon juice.
    9. Serve with Lime Trimming Seasoning.
