Tartare of scallops | Seasoning to cut Lemongrass or Lime
For 4 people :
- 16 large scallops
- 1 grenade
- 15 coriander leaves
- salt and pepper
- 1 lemon
- Make thin slices of scallops and arrange them at the bottom of the plate.
- Salt, pepper and zest the lemon on the scallops.
- Chop the coriander leaves and add them to your plate.
- Arrange some pomegranate seeds.
- Serve with a few shavings of Lemongrass or Lime Carving Seasoning.
