Roasted Camembert | Seasoning to cut Shallot or Cep
For 2 people :
- 1 camembert
- 1 shallot
- 1 shallot
- Chive
- Toast

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Chop the shallot and brown with a knob of butter in a pan.
- Chop the chives.
- Cut the top of the camembert.
- Cut bread sticks and grill.
- Place the Camembert in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle with chopped chives and shallot.
- Cut a few shavings of the Shallot or Cep Seasoning.
