Roasted Camembert | Seasoning to cut Shallot or Cep

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, assistant of the Savant Food

For 2 people : 

- 1 camembert 
- 1 shallot 
- Chive 
- Toast 
 
 
    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    2. Chop the shallot and brown with a knob of butter in a pan. 
    3. Chop the chives.
    4. Cut the top of the camembert.
    5. Cut bread sticks and grill.
    6. Place the Camembert in the oven for 15 minutes.
    7. Remove and sprinkle with chopped chives and shallot.
    8. Cut a few shavings of the Shallot or Cep Seasoning.
