Croque-monsieur | Shallot Carving Seasoning

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, assistant of the Savant Food

For 2 people :

- 8 slices of white bread
- 30 cl of milk 
- 25 g of flour
- 25 g of butter
- Nutmeg
- Grated Comté
- 4 slices of white ham
- 4 slices of emmental cheese 
    1. Heat the butter in a saucepan and add the flour, milk and nutmeg. Mix well.
    2. Butter the slices of bread. 
    3. Arrange the ham and Emmental cheese between the two slices.
    4. Pour the béchamel on top of your croque monsieur and cover with grated county.
    5. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
    6. Taste directly accompanied by a few shallot shavings.
