Croque-monsieur | Shallot Carving Seasoning
For 2 people :
- 8 slices of white bread
- 30 cl of milk
- 25 g of flour
- 25 g of butter
- 30 cl of milk

- Nutmeg
- Grated Comté
- 4 slices of white ham
- 4 slices of emmental cheese

- Heat the butter in a saucepan and add the flour, milk and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Butter the slices of bread.
- Arrange the ham and Emmental cheese between the two slices.
- Pour the béchamel on top of your croque monsieur and cover with grated county.
- Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
- Taste directly accompanied by a few shallot shavings.
