carbonara pasta | Shallot Carving Seasoning
For 4 people :
- 500 g of pasta
- 200 g of bacon
- 100 g of parmesan
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 egg yolks
- Cook the pasta.
- Chop the onion and the garlic and brown them with the bacon.
- Add the cream and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Mix the sauce and cream with the pasta.
- Add the beaten egg yolks and serve with the parmesan.
- Cut a few shallot shavings on your pasta.
