carbonara pasta | Shallot Carving Seasoning

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, assistant of the Savant Food

For 4 people :

- 500 g of pasta 
- 200 g of bacon 
- 100 g of parmesan 
- 1 clove of garlic 
- 1 onion 
- 3 egg yolks  

  • Cook the pasta.
  • Chop the onion and the garlic and brown them with the bacon.
  • Add the cream and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
  • Mix the sauce and cream with the pasta.
  • Add the beaten egg yolks and serve with the parmesan.
  • Cut a few shallot shavings on your pasta.
