Coleslaw | Shallot Carving Seasoning
For 4 people :
- 1/2 chou
- 50 gr d'emmental
- 20 parsley leaves
- 20 gr of parmesan
- 50 gr of cottage cheese
- 1 lemon
- Salt pepper
- 5 potatoes
- 50 gr d'emmental
- 20 parsley leaves
- 20 gr of parmesan
- 50 gr of cottage cheese
- 1 lemon
- Salt pepper
- 5 potatoes

- Finely chop the cabbage.
- Make small dice with the Emmental.
- Peel and cook the potatoes.
- Mix the cabbage, the emmental and zest the lemon on the mixture.
- Drain and let the potatoes cool.
- Dice them and add them to your preparation.
- Season with olive oil, cottage cheese and lemon juice.
- Mix and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Finish with a few shallot pencil shavings.
