Rosemary Roasted Apricots | Ginger Carving Seasoning

For 6 persons :

- 8 apricots

- 50 g of sugar 
- 100 g of water
- Vanilla flavor
- 2 sprigs of Rosemary
- 10 g of butter 

    1. Pit the apricots and then slice them in half.
    2. Make a syrup by mixing water, sugar and vanilla. 
    3. Once the mixture comes to a boil, remove it from the heat.
    4. Add the rosemary to infuse. 
    5. Lightly brown the apricots in butter.
    6. Add the syrup to the preparation and cook for a few minutes.
    7. Serve hot with the ginger carving seasoning.
