Rosemary Roasted Apricots | Ginger Carving Seasoning
- 50 g of sugar
- 100 g of water
- Vanilla flavor
- 2 sprigs of Rosemary
- 10 g of butter
- Pit the apricots and then slice them in half.
- Make a syrup by mixing water, sugar and vanilla.
- Once the mixture comes to a boil, remove it from the heat.
- Add the rosemary to infuse.
- Lightly brown the apricots in butter.
- Add the syrup to the preparation and cook for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with the ginger carving seasoning.
