Marinated chicken skewer | Ginger Carving Seasoning

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, assistant of the Savant Food

For 4 people :

- 4 chicken fillets
- Military sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Sesame
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Coriander 
- Mint 
    1. Prepare the marinade 24 hours before cooking.
    2. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces. 
    3. Add the soy sauce, honey and sesame.
    4. The next day, prick the chicken pieces on skewers.
    5. Mix with olive oil, soy sauce and chopped herbs. 
    6. Cook on the barbecue (or in the oven), and using a brush brush your skewers with the herb vinaigrette.
    7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
    8. Serve with the skewers with the Ginger carving seasoning.
