Marinated chicken skewer | Ginger Carving Seasoning
For 4 people :
- 4 chicken fillets
- Military sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Sesame
- Military sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Sesame
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Coriander
- Mint

- Prepare the marinade 24 hours before cooking.
- Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
- Add the soy sauce, honey and sesame.
- The next day, prick the chicken pieces on skewers.
- Mix with olive oil, soy sauce and chopped herbs.
- Cook on the barbecue (or in the oven), and using a brush brush your skewers with the herb vinaigrette.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve with the skewers with the Ginger carving seasoning.
