Chocolate cake | Ginger Lemongrass Carving Seasoning

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, assistant of the Savant Food

For 4 people :

- 100 g of flour
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 sachet of yeast
- 150 gr of dark pastry chocolate
- 50 gr of bitter chocolate

 

    1. Melt the dark and bitter pastry chocolate with the butter.
    2. Mix the eggs with the sugar.
    3. Add flour and yeast.
    4. Stir the chocolate into the egg mixture.
    5. Put in buttered moulds.
    6. Bake at 220°C for 10 to 12 minutes.
    7. Serve with Lemongrass or Ginger Seasoning.
