Chocolate cake | Ginger Lemongrass Carving Seasoning
For 4 people :- 100 g of flour
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 sachet of yeast
- 150 gr of dark pastry chocolate
- 50 gr of bitter chocolate
- Melt the dark and bitter pastry chocolate with the butter.
- Mix the eggs with the sugar.
- Add flour and yeast.
- Stir the chocolate into the egg mixture.
- Put in buttered moulds.
- Bake at 220°C for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Serve with Lemongrass or Ginger Seasoning.
