Tahitian Salad | Seasoning to cut Ginger and Lemon confit
For 4 people :
- 2 tuna steaks- 2 limes
- 250ml coconut milk
- 3 grated carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 5 cl of soy sauce
- Cut the tuna slices into approximately 1cm dice.
- Marinate them in the lime juice with the zest.
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
- Grate the carrots.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Mix the fish and all the vegetables.
- Add coconut milk and soy sauce.
- Serve chilled with the Ginger or Candied Lemon Carving Seasoning.
