Tahitian Salad | Seasoning to cut Ginger and Lemon confit

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, assistant of the Savant Food

For 4 people :

- 2 tuna steaks
- 2 limes
- 250ml coconut milk
- 3 grated carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 5 cl of soy sauce
 

 

    1. Cut the tuna slices into approximately 1cm dice.
    2. Marinate them in the lime juice with the zest.
    3. Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
    4. Grate the carrots.
    5. Finely chop the onion.
    6. Mix the fish and all the vegetables.
    7. Add coconut milk and soy sauce.
    8. Serve chilled with the Ginger or Candied Lemon Carving Seasoning.
