This kit contains :
A Yuzu pencil and a carving crayon.

We recommend :
- 1 shaving for a bite.
- 5 to 10 shavings for a plate.

Store at a room temperature, protected from light 8 to 9 months depending on the lot number.

Flavoured preparation for seasoning with yuzu and cider vinegar.
Ingredients: Cider vinegar (37,5%)*, yuzu juice (34,4%)*, sugar candied yuzu peel puree : yuzu, sugar (10%), salt, agar*, yuzu peel powder (1,4%),  natural lemon flavour, tamari soya sauce*, locust bean gum.
