Shave, taste, adjust.
Use your OCNI pencil sharpener to shave a few curls directly onto the plate when serving.
Use:
- 1 to 2 shavings per appetizer bite ;
- 5 to 8 shavings per plate.
Taste, then adjust the intensity to your liking.

Conservation
Store your Seasoning Pencils at room temperature, away from light, in their tube, tightly closed after use.
The best-before date (BBD) is indicated on the cap of each pencil. We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 8 months at the time of sale. A BBD is not an expiration date: once passed, check the condition of the product before consuming it. Its taste or texture may change over time.

A refill contains one seasoning pencil to be used with your OCNI sharpener. It allows you to replenish your flavors without buying a full set.
No. Refills are sold without a sharpener. If you do not have one yet, you can choose a set that includes a sharpener or purchase the sharpener separately.
Yes. Feel free to choose the flavors and quantities you would like. Discounts are applied automatically based on the number of refills selected.

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. The standard shipping time is then 2 to 3 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier. Rates and delivery zones are indicated on our Shipping and rates page.
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. The shipping box may be opened, provided that the products remain complete and intact. For food products, individual tubes must remain unopened.
After informing us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the products. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The refund will be issued no later than 14 days following your withdrawal request, with the possibility for OCNI Factory to wait until the return is received or proof of shipment is provided before issuing the refund.
