A pretty seasoning box to shave with a card slipped inside to wish a happy holiday to all the DADS!
It consists of three pencils and a sharpener meeting food standards. A recipe exclusively plant-based cooked with ❤️ in Alès in the Cévennes.
Different mixes of pencils are offered.
A. BASIL (ORGANIC), PORCINI and CURRY & TURMERIC (ORGANIC) Pencils
| Basil (ORGANIC) | is ideal with Mediterranean cuisine, red fruits, raw vegetables, goat cheese and citrus.
| Porcini | is ideal with Southwest cuisine, game, fresh cheese, soups and risotto.
| Curry & turmeric (ORGANIC) | is ideal with Indian cuisine, grilled vegetables, white meat and sweet and savory dishes.
B. BLACK GARLIC, PRESERVED LEMON (ORGANIC) and ESPELETTE PEPPER (ORGANIC) Pencils
| Black garlic | is ideal with Asian cuisine, bitter chocolate, stews, vegetable wok and raw fish.
| Preserved lemon (ORGANIC) | is ideal with fatty fish, yellow fruits, oriental cuisine, marinated vegetables and raw vegetables.
| Espelette pepper (ORGANIC) | is ideal with Basque cuisine, chocolate desserts, poached fish, grilled meats and cold soups.
A 18g seasoning is 120 shavings for your plates. Keep away from light.
The ordered seasoning pencils have a best before date (minimum durability date) of 9 months. Once this date is passed, they can be consumed safely for several months after. However, the taste will be less pronounced and the pencil may be more fragile.

An OCNI pencil is an innovative seasoning to sharpen, made from plant-based and mostly organic ingredients. Just use the provided sharpener to create shavings directly on your dishes and bites, according to your desires.
The DDM is a minimum durability date.
Once this date has passed, the pencils can be consumed safely several months later. However, the taste will be less pronounced and the pencil may be more fragile.
Delivery is fast (2 to 4 working days in France) via Colissimo to home or relay point with tracking.
Shipping costs are free in mainland France from €29.90.
If you are not satisfied, returns are possible at your expense within 30 days for products that have not been opened.
