The Seasoning Pencils ordered have a MBD (minimum durability date) of 9 months.

Once this date has passed, they can be consumed without risk several months later. However, the taste will be less pronounced and the pencil may be more fragile.

Pour sublimer un plat , quelques copeaux seront un petit plus gustatif. Point trop n'en faut car le goût est fort.

qualité au rendez vous

Le cèpe est une vraie réussite. Le basilic est moins fidèle en terme de goût et assez fort mais très bon quand même.

c'est un cadeau je n'ai pas encore le retour.

CADEAU TRES ORIGINAL

Je ne peux pas mettre d'avis sur l'utilisation puisque c'est un cadeau pour Noël. J'ai également pris le coffret avec 3 crayons. Par contre je trouve cela très original et très bien présenté avec une livraison très rapide. En plus c'est un produit Français "cocorico" ! Il y des petites cartes de recettes d'utilisation (que je vais joindre à mon cadeau) et une carte de remerciements, très agréable à recevoir. Je le recommande vivement.
