Vegetable tempura | Black Garlic Carving Seasoning

For 4 people : 

- 5 carrots
- 3 courgettes
- 2 fennels 
- 80 g of flour
- 30 g cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 1 egg
- Frying oil 
- Salt pepper  
- Frozen water
 
 
    1. Cut the vegetables into sticks.
    2. In boiling water, pre-cook the vegetables for about 10 minutes.
    3.  Mix egg and flour.
    4. Gradually add the ice water until you get the right texture.
    5. Salt and pepper your tempura batter.
    6. Put oil to heat.
    7. Dip the vegetables in the batter and put in the boiling oil.
    8. Remove from the fryer once the tempura have lightly colored.
    9. Enjoy with a cold sauce and Black Garlic Carving Seasoning.
