Vegetable Tempura & Black Garlic Recipe

For 4 people: 

 
 
    1. Cut the vegetables into sticks.
    2. Parboil the vegetables in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
    3.  Mix the egg and the flour.
    4. Gradually add the ice water until you get the right texture.
    5. Salt and pepper your tempura batter.
    6. Heat some oil.
    7. Dip the vegetables in the batter and put them in the boiling oil.
    8. Remove from the fryer once the tempura has lightly browned.
    9. Enjoy with a cold sauce and the Black Garlic seasoning to chop.
