
Raspberry & Basil Ice Cream Recipe
For 2 people:
- 500 gr of raspberries
- 50 gr of honey
- 70 gr of powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 seasoning pencil to carve Basil

- Wash the raspberries and squeeze the lemon.
- Mix all the ingredients and blend.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or sorbet machine.
- Enjoy immediately after coming out of the machine with some Basil shavings.
