Raspberry ice cream | Basil Carving Seasoning

For 2 people :

- 500 g raspberry
- 50 grams of honey
- 70g caster sugar

- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Wash the raspberries and squeeze the lemon.
Mix all the ingredients and blend.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or an ice cream maker.
Enjoy straight out of the machine with a few shavings of Basil.
