
Pasta & Basil Salad Recipe
For 4 people:
- 300 g of pasta
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 3 shallots
- 100 g of corn
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- 20 g of almonds
- Arugula (salad)
- Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of parmesan
- Balsamic vinegar
- 1 seasoning pencil to carve Basil
- Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.
- Slice the onion, shallots, and tomatoes.
- Crush some almonds.
- Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Mix the pesto, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
- Add the pasta and all remaining ingredients except the salad.
- Add some salad leaves at the last moment and serve with the Basil Chopping Dressing.
