Pasta salad | Basil Carving Seasoning

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, assistant of the Savant Food

For 4 people :

- 300 g of pasta 
- 5 tomatoes 
- 1 red onion
- 3 shallots 
- 100 g of corn
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- 20 g of almonds
- arugula (salad) 
- olive oil 
- 3 tablespoons of parmesan
- balsamic vinegar

  • Cook pasta as directed on package.
  • Chop the onion, shallots and tomatoes.
  • Crush almonds.
  • Drain the pasta and run it under cold water to cool it.
  • Mix pesto, olive oil and balsamic.
  • Add the pasta and all the remaining ingredients except the salad.
  • Add a few lettuce leaves at the last minute and serve with the Basil Trimming Seasoning.
