Fanny and Stéphane Boutarin are the two sides of Maison Boutarin. Stéphane, a passionate farmer in Crest in Drôme, produces IGP white garlic from my Drôme. As for Fanny, she transforms this product of the land into an exceptional gourmet product with an inimitable taste!
Fanny makes black garlic from the IGP white garlic of Drôme, thanks to a long maturation at low temperature according to Japanese know-how.
This preparation gives it a melting texture and a delicate taste with flavors of licorice, candied fruits, balsamic vinegar, and undergrowth.

Storage
