Chicken Fajitas Recipe with Curry & Turmeric or Espelette Pepper

For 4 people: 

  • 400 g of chicken
  • 8 wheat tortillas 
  • Chives
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 peppers
  • Chili powder
  • 1 can of tomato pulp
  • Coriander
  • 2 avocados
  • Mimolette 
  • Salad
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 2 fromages blanc
  • 1 Curry & Turmeric seasoning stick
 
    1. Slice the onion, garlic, and bell pepper then sauté them. 
    2. Dice the chicken breasts.
    3. Add the chicken pieces to your onion mixture.
    4. Add the spices and chopped coriander.
    5. Pour in the tomato pulp.
    6. Let cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
    7. Make a guacamole with chopped red onion, chili powder, and mashed avocado.
    8. Grate the mimolette.
    9. Chop the chives then mix with the fromage blanc, the zest and juice of the lime.
    10. Heat the wheat tortillas in the microwave.
    11. Assemble your fajitas as you wish, finishing by shaving some Assaisonnement à tailler Piment d’Espelette or Curry and turmeric.
