Chicken Fajitas | Seasoning to cut Curry and turmeric or Espelette pepper
For 4 people :
- 400g chicken
- 8 wheat pancakes
- 8 wheat pancakes
- Chive
- 1 red onion
- 2 peppers
- Chilli powder
- 1 can of tomato pulp
- Coriander
- 2 lawyers
- Mimolette
- Salad
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 Citron vert
- 2 white cheeses

- Chop the onion, garlic and bell pepper then sauté them.
- Dice the chicken breasts.
- Add the chicken pieces to your onion mixture.
- Add spices and chopped coriander.
- Pour the tomato pulp.
- Leave to cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
- Make a guacamole with chopped red onion, chili powder and crushed avocado.
- Grate the mimolette.
- Slice the chives then mix with the fromage blanc, zest and juice of the lime.
- Heat the wheat pancakes in the microwave.
- Assemble your fajitas as you wish, finishing by cutting shavings of the Espelette Pepper or Curry and Turmeric Cutting Seasoning.
