Chicken Fajitas Recipe with Curry & Turmeric or Espelette Pepper
For 4 people:
- 400 g of chicken
- 8 wheat tortillas
- Chives
- 1 red onion
- 2 peppers
- Chili powder
- 1 can of tomato pulp
- Coriander
- 2 avocados
- Mimolette
- Salad
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lime
- 2 fromages blanc
- 1 Curry & Turmeric seasoning stick

- Slice the onion, garlic, and bell pepper then sauté them.
- Dice the chicken breasts.
- Add the chicken pieces to your onion mixture.
- Add the spices and chopped coriander.
- Pour in the tomato pulp.
- Let cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
- Make a guacamole with chopped red onion, chili powder, and mashed avocado.
- Grate the mimolette.
- Chop the chives then mix with the fromage blanc, the zest and juice of the lime.
- Heat the wheat tortillas in the microwave.
- Assemble your fajitas as you wish, finishing by shaving some Assaisonnement à tailler Piment d’Espelette or Curry and turmeric.
