Chicken Fajitas | Seasoning to cut Curry and turmeric or Espelette pepper

For 4 people : 

- 400g chicken
- 8 wheat pancakes 
- Chive
- 1 red onion
- 2 peppers
- Chilli powder
- 1 can of tomato pulp
- Coriander
- 2 lawyers
- Mimolette 
- Salad
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 Citron vert
- 2 white cheeses
 
    1. Chop the onion, garlic and bell pepper then sauté them. 
    2. Dice the chicken breasts.
    3. Add the chicken pieces to your onion mixture.
    4. Add spices and chopped coriander.
    5. Pour the tomato pulp.
    6. Leave to cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
    7. Make a guacamole with chopped red onion, chili powder and crushed avocado.
    8. Grate the mimolette.
    9. Slice the chives then mix with the fromage blanc, zest and juice of the lime.
    10. Heat the wheat pancakes in the microwave.
    11. Assemble your fajitas as you wish, finishing by cutting shavings of the Espelette Pepper or Curry and Turmeric Cutting Seasoning.
