
Recipe Bruschetta with pesto and Chili & garlic
- 4 slices of country bread
- 20 walnut halves
- 1 log of goat cheese
- Olive oil
- 1 packet of arugula salad (optional)
- Basil cream from OCNI (or 1 jar of pesto)
- 1 stick of Chili & Garlic seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 180°C on the grill function
- Spread the pesto on the slices of bread
- Cut the goat cheese into pieces about 5cm long and place them on the slices of bread.
- Place the slightly crushed walnut halves on the slices of bread
- Add a drizzle of olive oil
- Cook for 10 minutes
- When coming out of the oven, cover with a few arugula leaves (optional)
- Enjoy hot accompanied by shavings of Seasoning to shave Chili and garlic
