Bruschetta with pesto | Chilli & Garlic Carving Seasoning
For 4 people :
- 4 slices of country bread
- 20 walnut kernels
- 1 log of goat cheese
- Olive oil
- 1 packet of arugula salad (optional)
- OCNI basil cream (or 1 jar of pesto)

- 4 slices of country bread
- 20 walnut kernels
- 1 log of goat cheese
- Olive oil
- 1 packet of arugula salad (optional)
- OCNI basil cream (or 1 jar of pesto)
- Preheat the oven to 180°C on the grill function
- Spread the pesto on the slices of bread
- Cut the goat cheese into sections of about 5cm and arrange them on the slices of bread.
- Arrange the lightly crushed walnut kernels on the slices of bread
- Add a drizzle of olive oil
- Cook 10 minutes
- Remove from the oven, cover with a few rocket leaves (optional)
- Serve hot with shavings of Chilli and Garlic Carving Seasoning
