Bruschetta with pesto | Chilli & Garlic Carving Seasoning

For 4 people :
- 4 slices of country bread
- 20 walnut kernels
- 1 log of goat cheese
- Olive oil
- 1 packet of arugula salad (optional)
- OCNI basil cream (or 1 jar of pesto)
    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C on the grill function
    2. Spread the pesto on the slices of bread
    3. Cut the goat cheese into sections of about 5cm and arrange them on the slices of bread.
    4. Arrange the lightly crushed walnut kernels on the slices of bread
    5. Add a drizzle of olive oil
    6. Cook 10 minutes
    7. Remove from the oven, cover with a few rocket leaves (optional)
    8. Serve hot with shavings of Chilli and Garlic Carving Seasoning
