Recipe Bruschetta with pesto and Chili & garlic

For 4 people:
  • 4 slices of country bread
  • 20 walnut halves
  • 1 log of goat cheese
  • Olive oil
  • 1 packet of arugula salad (optional)
  • Basil cream from OCNI (or 1 jar of pesto)
  • 1 stick of Chili & Garlic seasoning 

    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C on the grill function
    2. Spread the pesto on the slices of bread
    3. Cut the goat cheese into pieces about 5cm long and place them on the slices of bread.
    4. Place the slightly crushed walnut halves on the slices of bread
    5. Add a drizzle of olive oil
    6. Cook for 10 minutes
    7. When coming out of the oven, cover with a few arugula leaves (optional)
    8. Enjoy hot accompanied by shavings of Seasoning to shave Chili and garlic
