Black garlic is a Japanese specialty, it is a garlic cit is cooked for 45 to 60 days in seawater, it develops caramelized notes and loses the spiciness of fresh garlic.

| Black garlic (BIO) | is ideal with Asian cuisine, bitter chocolate, stews, stir-fried vegetables and raw fish.

The Seasoning Pencils ordered have an MDD (Best Before Date) of 9 months. Once this date has passed, they can be consumed without risk several months later. However, the taste will be less pronounced and the pencil may be more fragile.
