Recipe Cabbage & Black Garlic or Saffron Soup

For 4 people:

    1. Slice the cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, and bacon. 
    2. Sauté the onions, garlic, and bacon.
    3. Add the cabbage.
    4. Once slightly colored, add water to cover and add the aromatics.
    5. Let cook for about 12 hours on low heat and covered.
    6. Enjoy hot accompanied by Black Garlic or Saffron Seasoning.
