
Recipe Cabbage & Black Garlic or Saffron Soup
For 4 people:
- 1/2 cabbage
- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cloves
- Whole peppercorns
- 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
- 1 stick of organic Black Garlic seasoning
- 1 edible pencil to sharpen Saffron
- Slice the cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, and bacon.
- Sauté the onions, garlic, and bacon.
- Add the cabbage.
- Once slightly colored, add water to cover and add the aromatics.
- Let cook for about 12 hours on low heat and covered.
- Enjoy hot accompanied by Black Garlic or Saffron Seasoning.
