Cabbage Soup | Black Garlic or Saffron Carving Seasoning

For 4 people :

- 1/2 chou 
- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 carrots 
- 1 onion 
- 2 clove of garlic
- 2 cloves 
- peppercorns
- 1 pinch of Espelette pepper 

    1. Slice the cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic and bacon. 
    2. Brown the onions, garlic and bacon.
    3. Add cabbage.
    4. Once lightly colored put the water up and add the herbs.
    5. Cook for about 12 hours over low heat and covered.
    6. Serve hot with Black Garlic or Saffron Carving Seasoning.
