Cabbage Soup | Black Garlic or Saffron Carving Seasoning
For 4 people :
- 1/2 chou
- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 clove of garlic
- 2 cloves
- 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
- Slice the cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic and bacon.
- Brown the onions, garlic and bacon.
- Add cabbage.
- Once lightly colored put the water up and add the herbs.
- Cook for about 12 hours over low heat and covered.
- Serve hot with Black Garlic or Saffron Carving Seasoning.
