Wok of vegetables | Black Garlic and Chilli and Garlic Carving Seasoning

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, assistant of the Savant Food

For 4 people :

- 2 courgettes 
- 2 peppers
- 100 gr of black mushrooms
- 1/2 Chinese cabbage
- 30 gr of ginger 
- 50 g of bean sprouts
- 200ml coconut milk

 

    1. Cut all the vegetables into slices.
    2. Put a tablespoon of coconut oil in the wok.
    3. Add the peppers and zucchini and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
    4. Rehydrate the black mushrooms and grate the ginger.
    5. Add the cabbage and mushrooms to the wok.
    6. Deglaze with soy sauce and add bean sprouts.
    7. Pour in the coconut milk and let reduce for a few minutes.
    8. Serve hot with a bowl of rice and Chili Garlic or Black Garlic Carving Seasoning.
