Wok of vegetables | Black Garlic and Chilli and Garlic Carving Seasoning
For 4 people :
- 2 courgettes
- 2 peppers
- 100 gr of black mushrooms
- 1/2 Chinese cabbage
- 30 gr of ginger
- 50 g of bean sprouts
- 200ml coconut milk
- Cut all the vegetables into slices.
- Put a tablespoon of coconut oil in the wok.
- Add the peppers and zucchini and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Rehydrate the black mushrooms and grate the ginger.
- Add the cabbage and mushrooms to the wok.
- Deglaze with soy sauce and add bean sprouts.
- Pour in the coconut milk and let reduce for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with a bowl of rice and Chili Garlic or Black Garlic Carving Seasoning.
