
Wok recipe with vegetables & black garlic and chili & garlic
For 4 people:
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 peppers
- 100 gr of black mushrooms
- 1/2 Chinese cabbage
- 30 gr of ginger
- 50 gr of bean sprouts
- 200 ml of coconut milk
- 1 stick of organic Black Garlic seasoning
- 1 edible pencil to carve Chili and Garlic
- Cut all the vegetables into slices.
- Put a spoonful of coconut oil in the wok.
- Add the peppers and zucchinis and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Rehydrate the black mushrooms and grate the ginger.
- Add the cabbage and mushrooms to the wok.
- Deglaze with soy sauce and add the bean sprouts.
- Pour the coconut milk and let reduce for a few minutes.
- Serve hot accompanied by a bowl of rice and the Seasoning to carve Chili and garlic or Black garlic.
