Pork Ramen | Black Garlic or Ginger Carving Seasoning
For 4 people :
- 500 gr ramen
- 200 gr of pork
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 10 g ginger
- bean sprouts (to your taste)
- a bunch of spring onion
- 4 eggs
- 20 cl of soy sauce
- 5 cl of sake
- juice of a lemon
- Peel the ginger and the bunch of new onions.
- Cook the ramen noodles and let them cool.
- Degrease, denervate and dice the pork.
- In a saucepan put some lightly salted water and let the meat precook for ten minutes.
- Cut ginger, spring onions and Chinese cabbage
- In order to make a broth, sauté the onions and ginger, ending with the cabbage.
- Season your broth with soy sauce, sake and lemon juice
- Pour the water over all and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Readjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Put the meat and bean sprouts in your broth and simmer for 15 minutes to finish cooking the meat.
- Reheat the pasta in your broth.
- Hard boil the eggs and peel them.
- To finish, pour the ramens into a bowl, decorate with the hard-boiled egg cut in 2 and a few new onions, sliced thinly.
- Season with a few shavings of Black Garlic or Ginger Carving Seasoning.
