
Pork & Black Garlic Ramen Recipe
For 4 people:
- 500 g of ramen
- 200 g of pork
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 10 gr ginger
- Bean sprouts (to your taste)
- A bunch of spring onions
- 4 eggs
- 20 cl of soy sauce
- 5 cl of saké
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 stick of organic Black Garlic seasoning
- Peel the ginger and the bunch of spring onions.
- Cook the ramen noodles and let them cool.
- Trim the fat, remove the sinews, and dice the pork.
- In a saucepan, put lightly salted water and parboil the meat for about ten minutes.
- Cut the ginger, spring onions, and Chinese cabbage.
- To make a broth, sauté the onions and ginger, finishing with the cabbage.
- Season your broth with soy sauce, saké, and lemon juice.
- Pour the water over everything and let cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Put the meat and bean sprouts in your broth and let simmer for 15 minutes to finish cooking the meat.
- Reheat the noodles in your broth.
- Cook the hard-boiled eggs and peel them.
- To finish, pour the ramens into a bowl, decorate with the hard-boiled egg cut in half and some sliced spring onions.
- Season with some shavings of the Black Garlic or Ginger seasoning to be shaved.
