Flaming banana | Curry & Turmeric Carving Seasoning

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, assistant of the Savant Food

For 2 people :

- 2 bananas 
- 100 g of sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 cl of white rum 
    1. Peel and halve the bananas lengthwise.
    2. Pour the sugar into a saucepan, adding a few drops of water. 
    3. Once the sugar begins to color, add the bananas.
    4. Deglaze with the juice of half a lemon.  
    5. Leave to cook for a few minutes on each side (be careful not to make compote with the bananas).
    6. Add the rum and flambé using the burner or a match.
    7. Remove from the heat once the flames have died down.
    8. Serve with a scoop of ice cream and the Curry & Turmeric Trimming Seasoning.
