
Recipe for Flambéed Banana and Curry & Turmeric
For 2 people:
- 2 bananas
- 100 gr of sugar
- 1/2 yellow lemon
- 4 cl white rum
- 1 Curry & Turmeric seasoning stick

- Peel and cut the bananas in half lengthwise.
- Pour the sugar into a saucepan, adding a few drops of water.
- Once the sugar starts to caramelize, add the bananas.
- Deglaze with the juice of half a lemon.
- Cook for a few minutes on each side (be careful not to make banana compote).
- Add the rum and flambé using the burner or a match.
- Remove from heat once the flames have disappeared.
- Plate with a scoop of ice cream and Curry and Turmeric seasoning stick.
