Vegetarian samosas | Curry and Turmeric Carving Seasoning

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, assistant of the Savant Food

For 8 people:

- 16 brick sheets
- 150 g of carrots
- 100 g of chickpeas
- 100 g of cabbage
- 5 g of fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 citron vert
- 15 coriander leaves

    1. Peel the carrots and ginger.
    2. Chop the vegetables (carrots, ginger, onion and cabbage).
    3. Crush the garlic cloves, removing the skin and germ first. 
    4. Sauté the garlic and ginger in a pan.
    5. Add carrots and cabbage.
    6. Pre-cook the vegetables for a few minutes. 
    7. Add the lime zest and juice.
    8. Add the chickpeas and coriander to your vegetable preparation.
    9. Cut the pastry sheets in half and fold over the rounded part.
    10. Grease the pastry sheets with olive oil using a brush.
    11. Add the vegetable stuffing and shape the samosas.
    12. Bake the samosas in the oven in grill mode at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
    13. Enjoy your samosas with soy sauce and Curry & Turmeric Trimming Seasoning.
