Recipe for Vegetarian Samosas and Curry & Turmeric
For 8 people :
- 16 brick pastry sheets
- 150 g of carrots
- 100 g of chickpeas
- 100 g of cabbage
- 5 g of fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lime
- 15 coriander leaves
- 1 Curry & Turmeric seasoning stick
- Peel the carrots and ginger.
- Slice the vegetables (carrots, ginger, onion, and cabbage).
- Crush the garlic cloves after removing the skin and germ beforehand.
- Sauté the garlic and ginger in a pan.
- Add the carrots and cabbage.
- Pre-cook the vegetables for a few minutes.
- Add the zest and juice of the lime.
- Add the chickpeas and coriander to your vegetable mixture.
- Cut the brick pastry sheets in half and fold the rounded part.
- Brush the brick pastry sheets with olive oil using a brush.
- Add the vegetable filling and shape the samosas.
- Cook the samosas in the oven on grill mode at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
- Enjoy your samosas with soy sauce and the Curry and Turmeric Seasoning.
