Recipe for Black Pudding Bites with Old-Style Mustard & Espelette Pepper

For 4 people:

    1. Cut the blood sausage into slices about 1cm thick
    2. Cut the bread into slices and toast it
    3. Spread the mustard to your liking on the bread
    4. Place a slice of blood sausage on each toast
    5. Cut a shaving of Espelette Pepper Seasoning on each bite
