Black pudding bites with old-fashioned mustard | Espelette Pepper Carving Seasoning

For 4 people :
- 1 black pudding
- Old-style mustard
- 1 country bread
- 1 Espelette pepper seasoning

    1. Cut the sausage into slices about 1cm thick.
    2. Cut the bread into slices and toast it
    3. Spread the mustard to your liking on the bread
    4. Place a slice of blood sausage on each of the toasts
    5. Cut a shaving of Espelette Pepper Dressing Seasoning on each bite
