- 1 black pudding
- Old-style mustard
- 1 country bread
- 1 Espelette pepper seasoning
- Cut the sausage into slices about 1cm thick.
- Cut the bread into slices and toast it
- Spread the mustard to your liking on the bread
- Place a slice of blood sausage on each of the toasts
- Cut a shaving of Espelette Pepper Dressing Seasoning on each bite
