Scrambled eggs and mushrooms recipe & Espelette pepper or basil

For breakfast, in the evening, or for a Sunday brunch with friends, this very simple scrambled eggs with mushrooms recipe will satisfy your taste buds and only requires a few minutes of preparation!

For 4 people:

  • 4 eggs
  • 20g of butter
  • 20g of milk
  • Chives
  • 10 button mushrooms
  • 1 seasoning shavings flavor Espelette pepper or Basil

  1. Break the eggs then beat them in a bowl with the milk.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and sauté them with a bit of oil and butter.
  4. In another pan, melt a knob of butter.
  5. Put the egg mixture in the pan and cook over low heat.
  6. Arrange the eggs topped with mushrooms on the plate and sprinkle with chopped chives.
