For 4 people :

- 4 large potatoes
- 1 can of red beans
- 2 lawyers
- 6 teaspoons of fromage blanc
- 2 oranges
- Sesame
- 1 lemon
- Chilli Powder
- Sesame oil
 

 

  1. Boil the potatoes in water.
  2. Mash the red beans, adding the lemon zest and juice.
  3. Peel and cut into slices.
  4. Lift the orange supremes.
  5. Prepare the cottage cheese sauce: add the sesame, sesame oil, lemon zest, juice and chilli powder.
  6. Prepare the plate by placing the potatoes in slices, cover with the mashed red beans, the slices of avocado, the cream cheese sauce and the orange supremes.
  7. Accompany with the Espelette chilli seasoning.
