
Vegetarian Salad Recipe & Espelette Pepper
For 4 people:
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 can of red beans
- 2 avocados
- 6 teaspoons of fromage blanc
- 2 oranges
- Sesame
- 1 yellow lemon
- Chili Powder
- Sesame oil
- 1 stick of Espelette Pepper seasoning

- Cook the potatoes in water.
- Mash the red beans adding lemon zest and juice.
- Peel and slice.
- Remove the orange supremes.
- Prepare the fromage blanc sauce: add sesame, sesame oil, lemon zest, juice, and chili powder.
- Plate by placing the sliced potatoes, cover with red bean purée, avocado slices, fromage blanc sauce, and orange supremes.
- Accompany from seasoning to slicing Espelette pepper.
