vegetarian salad | Espelette Pepper Carving Seasoning
For 4 people :
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 can of red beans
- 2 lawyers
- 6 teaspoons of fromage blanc
- 1 can of red beans

- 2 oranges
- Sesame
- Sesame
- 1 lemon
- Chilli Powder
- Sesame oil

- Boil the potatoes in water.
- Mash the red beans, adding the lemon zest and juice.
- Peel and cut into slices.
- Lift the orange supremes.
- Prepare the cottage cheese sauce: add the sesame, sesame oil, lemon zest, juice and chilli powder.
- Prepare the plate by placing the potatoes in slices, cover with the mashed red beans, the slices of avocado, the cream cheese sauce and the orange supremes.
- Accompany with the Espelette chilli seasoning.
