- 4 slices of raw Bayonne ham
- 1/2 baguette
- butter
- 1 Espelette pepper seasoning
    1. Arrange the slices of raw ham on a board with a knob of butter
    2. Toast the bread
    3. Prepare your sandwiches by adding a few shavings of Espelette pepper seasoning
