
Recipe for Salmon & Preserved Lemon Sandwich
For 2 people:
- 4 slices of sandwich bread
- 2 petits suisses
- 4 slices of salmon
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 lime
- Dill
- Arugula
- 1 stick of Preserved Lemon Seasoning
- Toast the bread.
- Mix the petits suisses with lime juice and dill.
- Cut thin slices of cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
- Remove the bread from the oven and spread the fromage blanc.
- Arrange the slices of salmon.
- Then the slices of tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions.
- Add some rocket leaves and serve with shavings of the Preserved Lemon Seasoning.
