Smoked salmon and dill cream | Candied Lemon Carving Seasoning

For 4 people :

- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 Candied Lemon Carving Seasoning

Optional :- 50g fresh cream
- 3 branches d'aneth
- 1/2 lemon
    1. Cut the smoked salmon into strips about 5cm wide
    2. Cut a shaving of Candied Lemon Carving Seasoning on each of the slices
    3. Whip the fresh cream with the lemon juice
    4. Chop the dill leaves then add them to the cream
    5. Taste!
