Smoked salmon and dill cream | Candied Lemon Carving Seasoning
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 Candied Lemon Carving Seasoning
- 3 branches d'aneth
- 1/2 lemon
- Cut the smoked salmon into strips about 5cm wide
- Cut a shaving of Candied Lemon Carving Seasoning on each of the slices
- Whip the fresh cream with the lemon juice
- Chop the dill leaves then add them to the cream
- Taste!
