
Smoked salmon recipe, dill cream & preserved lemon
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 stick of Preserved Lemon Seasoning
Optional:
- 50g of fresh cream
- 3 sprigs of dill
- 1/2 yellow lemon
- Cut the smoked salmon into strips about 5cm wide
- Cut a shaving of Preserved Lemon Seasoning to place on each slice
- Whip the fresh cream with the lemon juice
- Chop the dill leaves then add them to the cream
- Enjoy!
