Smoked salmon recipe, dill cream & preserved lemon

For 4 people:

Optional:

  • 50g of fresh cream
  • 3 sprigs of dill
  • 1/2 yellow lemon

Recipe Smoked salmon, dill cream & Preserved Lemon

    1. Cut the smoked salmon into strips about 5cm wide
    2. Cut a shaving of Preserved Lemon Seasoning to place on each slice
    3. Whip the fresh cream with the lemon juice
    4. Chop the dill leaves then add them to the cream
    5. Enjoy!
