My dear Ocnians,

The season is moving more and more towards winter... the weather is getting colder, the leaves are falling and turning yellow...
This means that raclette season is finally open, for our greatest pleasure. 
 We have to admit at OCNI, we are fans what can I say… raclette lovers!
We advocate meals with family and friends : the real moments of exchange and conviviality. Hence the invention of our Carving Seasonings… the perfect blend of taste and sharing. And, an idea suddenly occurred to us!
Why not pair our pencils with our tender and beloved squeegee?

 Our Carving Seasonings will provide originality to the traditional raclette, a playful gesture for more conviviality, sharing and laughter. An aesthetic to a simple and quick meal.

If you too are constantly on the lookout for new flavors… We offer you our pencils Cep, black garlic, tomato and thyme and why not… for the more daring our Extra hot peppers

 Ps: for cheese lovers, don't worry, this is also possible around a good tartiflette or a fondue.
