pickled onion | Black Garlic Carving Seasoning

For 4 people :

- 5 yellow or red onions
- 10 cl of olive oil 
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 5 cl of balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
 

 

    1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
    2. Peel and quarter the onions.
    3. Dip the onions in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
    4. Sprinkle everything with brown sugar.
    5. Bake 45 mins.
    6. Take the onions out of the oven and flip them
    7. Return to cook for 30 minutes.
    8. Remove from oven and pat dry on paper towel.
    9. Serve with Black Garlic Carving Seasoning.
