Recipe for Caramelized Onion & Black Garlic

For 4 people:

 

 

    1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
    2. Peel and quarter the onions.
    3. Toss the onions in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
    4. Sprinkle everything with brown sugar.
    5. Cook for 45 minutes.
    6. Take the onions out of the oven and turn them over.
    7. Return to cook for 30 minutes.
    8. Remove from the oven and blot on absorbent paper.
    9. Serve with Black Garlic Seasoning.
