pickled onion | Black Garlic Carving Seasoning
For 4 people :
- 5 yellow or red onions- 10 cl of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 5 cl of balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Peel and quarter the onions.
- Dip the onions in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Sprinkle everything with brown sugar.
- Bake 45 mins.
- Take the onions out of the oven and flip them
- Return to cook for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and pat dry on paper towel.
- Serve with Black Garlic Carving Seasoning.
