
Recipe for Caramelized Onion & Black Garlic
For 4 people:
- 5 yellow or red onions
- 10 cl olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 5 cl of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 1 stick of organic Black Garlic seasoning
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Peel and quarter the onions.
- Toss the onions in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Sprinkle everything with brown sugar.
- Cook for 45 minutes.
- Take the onions out of the oven and turn them over.
- Return to cook for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and blot on absorbent paper.
- Serve with Black Garlic Seasoning.
