
Chicken Curry and Curry & Turmeric Recipe
For 4 people:
- 8 chicken tenders
- 1 onion
- 250 ml of coconut milk
- 50 gr of cashew nuts
- Fresh ginger
- 1/2 yellow lemon
- 15 coriander leaves
- 1 Curry & Turmeric seasoning stick
- Cut the chicken into 5 cm pieces.
- Slice the onion.
- Crush the cashew nuts.
- Sauté the onion.
- Then add the chicken, then deglaze with the lemon juice.
- Pour the coconut milk and cashew nuts over the chicken.
- At the end of cooking, add the chopped coriander leaves and lemon zest.
- Accompany your dish with the Curry & turmeric seasoning to enjoy a curry chicken OCNI style.
