OCNI-style chicken curry | Curry and Turmeric Carving Seasoning
For 4 people :
- 8 chicken strips
- 1 onion
- 250ml coconut milk
- 50 g of cashew nuts
- fresh ginger
- 1/2 lemon
- 15 coriander leaves
- Cut the chicken into 5cm pieces.
- Mince the onion.
- Crush the cashews.
- Sauté the onion.
- Then add the chicken, then deglaze with the lemon juice.
- Pour the coconut milk and cashews over the chicken.
- At the end of cooking, add the chopped coriander leaves and lemon zest.
