OCNI-style chicken curry | Curry and Turmeric Carving Seasoning

For 4 people :

- 8 chicken strips 
- 1 onion
- 250ml coconut milk
- 50 g of cashew nuts
- fresh ginger
- 1/2 lemon
- 15 coriander leaves

    1. Cut the chicken into 5cm pieces.
    2. Mince the onion.
    3. Crush the cashews.
    4. Sauté the onion.
    5. Then add the chicken, then deglaze with the lemon juice.
    6. Pour the coconut milk and cashews over the chicken.
    7. At the end of cooking, add the chopped coriander leaves and lemon zest.
