Pepper cream | Chilli and Garlic Carving Seasoning

For 6 persons :

- 4 red peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of honey 
- 2 slices of bread
- Olive oil
- Parsley, basil and thyme
- Chilli powder
- 3 fresh squares or fresh cheese
- Breadsticks or vegetable sticks

  

  1. Grill the peppers in the oven to peel them or peel them using a vegetable peeler.
  2. Brown the peppers cut into pieces and the clove of garlic.
  3. Add the slices of bread and the olive oil.
  4. Mix your pepper preparation by adding the aromatic herbs.
  5. Add the fresh square, the chilli powder, the honey and season.
  6. Leave to cool and consume with breadsticks and vegetable sticks.
  7. Accompany with a few shavings of the Chilli and Garlic Carving Seasoning.
