Recipe for Pepper Cream and Chili & Garlic

For 6 people:

  • 4 red peppers
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of honey 
  • 2 slices of sandwich bread
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley, basil, and thyme
  • Chili powder
  • 3 fresh cheese squares or fresh cheese
  • Breadsticks or vegetable sticks
  • 1 stick of Chili & Garlic seasoning 

  

  1. Grill the peppers in the oven to peel them or peel them using a peeler.
  2. Sauté the peppers cut into pieces and the garlic clove.
  3. Add the slices of sandwich bread and olive oil.
  4. Blend your pepper preparation by adding the aromatic herbs.
  5. Add the fresh cheese square, chili powder, honey, and season.
  6. Let cool and consume with breadsticks and vegetable sticks.
  7. Accompany everything with some shavings of the seasoning to cut Chili and garlic.
