Pepper cream | Chilli and Garlic Carving Seasoning
For 6 persons :
- 4 red peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 2 slices of bread

- Parsley, basil and thyme
- Chilli powder
- 3 fresh squares or fresh cheese
- Breadsticks or vegetable sticks

- Grill the peppers in the oven to peel them or peel them using a vegetable peeler.
- Brown the peppers cut into pieces and the clove of garlic.
