Entrecote, chimichurri sauce | Chilli and Garlic Seasoning

For 4 people :
- 4 rib steaks
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of mint
- 1 bunch chives
- 100 g red onion
- 100 g shallot
- Cider vinegar
- Olive oil
- 1 Chili Garlic Seasoning
- Finely chop the herbs and refrigerate.
- Chop the red onion and shallot and add to the herb mixture.
- Grill the steaks to the desired doneness and cover the meat with the chimichurri sauce. Add a few shavings of Chili Garlic Seasoning.
