Ribeye recipe, chimichurri sauce and Chili and Garlic

For 4 people:
- 4 rib steaks
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of mint
- 1 bunch of chives
- 100 g red onion
- 100 g shallot
- Apple cider vinegar
- Olive oil
- 1 stick of Chili & Garlic seasoning
- Finely chop the herbs and keep chilled.
- Chop the red onion and shallot finely and add to the herb mixture.
- Grill the rib steaks to the desired doneness and cover the meat with chimichurri sauce. Add a few shavings of the Garlic Chili Seasoning.
