Ribeye recipe, chimichurri sauce and Chili and Garlic

For 4 people:

  1. Finely chop the herbs and keep chilled.
  2. Chop the red onion and shallot finely and add to the herb mixture.
  3. Grill the rib steaks to the desired doneness and cover the meat with chimichurri sauce. Add a few shavings of the Garlic Chili Seasoning.
