Entrecote, chimichurri sauce | Chilli and Garlic Seasoning

For 4 people :
- 4 rib steaks
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of mint
1 bunch chives
- 100 g red onion
- 100 g shallot 
- Cider vinegar 
- Olive oil
- 1 Chili Garlic Seasoning

  1. Finely chop the herbs and refrigerate.
  2. Chop the red onion and shallot and add to the herb mixture.
  3. Grill the steaks to the desired doneness and cover the meat with the chimichurri sauce. Add a few shavings of Chili Garlic Seasoning.
