Recipe Hummus, raw vegetables and Chili & garlic

For 6 people:

  1. Drain the chickpeas.
  2. Blend the chickpeas with the sesame paste, lemon zest, and juice.
  3. Add the arugula and blend.
  4. Peel the carrots and cucumber, then cut them into sticks about one centimeter thick.
  5. Wash the cherry tomatoes and radishes.
  6. Pour the hummus into a ramekin and surround it with the different vegetables.
  7. Place shavings of the Chili and Garlic Seasoning on your vegetables.
