Hummus and raw vegetables | Chilli & Garlic Carving Seasoning
For 6 persons :
- 300 grams of chickpeas
- 80 g of arugula
- 1 teaspoon of sesame puree
- 1 lemon
- 5 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes
- radish
- Drain the chickpeas.
- Mix the chickpeas with the sesame puree, lemon zest and juice.
- Add the arugula and mix.
- Peel the carrots and the cucumber then cut them into sticks about one centimeter by one.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and radishes.
- Pour the hummus into a ramekin and surround with the various vegetables.
- Sprinkle shavings of the Chilli and Garlic Carving Seasoning on your vegetables.
