Hummus and raw vegetables | Chilli & Garlic Carving Seasoning

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, assistant of the Savant Food

For 6 persons :

- 300 grams of chickpeas
- 80 g of arugula 
- 1 teaspoon of sesame puree
- 1 lemon
- 5 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes
- radish

  • Drain the chickpeas.
  • Mix the chickpeas with the sesame puree, lemon zest and juice.
  • Add the arugula and mix.
  • Peel the carrots and the cucumber then cut them into sticks about one centimeter by one.
  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and radishes.
  • Pour the hummus into a ramekin and surround with the various vegetables.
  • Sprinkle shavings of the Chilli and Garlic Carving Seasoning on your vegetables.
