
Recipe Hummus, raw vegetables and Chili & garlic
For 6 people:
- 300 g of chickpeas
- 80 g of arugula
- 1 teaspoon of sesame paste
- 1 yellow lemon
- 5 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes
- Radishes
- 1 stick of Chili & Garlic seasoning
- Drain the chickpeas.
- Blend the chickpeas with the sesame paste, lemon zest, and juice.
- Add the arugula and blend.
- Peel the carrots and cucumber, then cut them into sticks about one centimeter thick.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and radishes.
- Pour the hummus into a ramekin and surround it with the different vegetables.
- Place shavings of the Chili and Garlic Seasoning on your vegetables.
