Quinoa recipe, tomato sauce and chili & garlic

For 4 people:

  1. Boil the tomatoes in water until the skin peels off
  2. Sauté the onion in a saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil
  3. Chop the garlic and add it to the onion
  4. Once the tomatoes are cooked, cut them into cubes and add them to the saucepan with the onion and garlic, adding olive oil to your liking
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. Let simmer for at least 30 minutes covered
  7. Meanwhile, rinse the quinoa with cold water and place it in a saucepan
  8. Cover it with twice its volume of water
  9. Lightly salt, place the saucepan on the heat and let until the water has disappeared
  10. Once the quinoa is ready, drain it, and arrange on the plate 
  11. Add the tomato sauce
  12. Chop the coriander and sprinkle over the plate 
  13. Cut some shavings of Seasonings to cut Chili and garlic
  14. Enjoy!
