
Quinoa recipe, tomato sauce and chili & garlic
- 200gr of quinoa
- 8 tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- Fresh coriander
- 1 stick of Chili & Garlic seasoning
- Boil the tomatoes in water until the skin peels off
- Sauté the onion in a saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil
- Chop the garlic and add it to the onion
- Once the tomatoes are cooked, cut them into cubes and add them to the saucepan with the onion and garlic, adding olive oil to your liking
- Salt and pepper
- Let simmer for at least 30 minutes covered
- Meanwhile, rinse the quinoa with cold water and place it in a saucepan
- Cover it with twice its volume of water
- Lightly salt, place the saucepan on the heat and let until the water has disappeared
- Once the quinoa is ready, drain it, and arrange on the plate
- Add the tomato sauce
- Chop the coriander and sprinkle over the plate
- Cut some shavings of Seasonings to cut Chili and garlic
- Enjoy!
