Quinoa, tomato sauce, chili and garlic shavings and chopped coriander

Simple Christmas recipes: Quinoa, tomato sauce, chilli and garlic shavings and chopped coriander

For 4 people :
- 200g of quinoa
- 8 tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- Fresh coriander
- 1 Chilli and Garlic Carving Seasoning 

  1. Boil the tomatoes in water until the skin peels off
  2. Brown the onion in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil
  3. Chop the garlic and add it to the onion
  4. Once the tomatoes are cooked, dice them and add them to the pan with the onion and garlic, adding olive oil to taste
  5. add salt and pepper
  6. Simmer for at least 30 minutes covered
  7. Meanwhile, rinse the quinoa with cold water and place it in a saucepan
  8. Cover it with twice its volume of water
  9. Lightly salt, place the pan on the heat and leave until the water is gone
  10. Once the quinoa is ready, drain and arrange on the plate 
  11. Add the tomato sauce
  12. Chop the cilantro and sprinkle over the plate 
  13. Cut a few shavings of Chilli & Garlic Carving Seasoning
  14. Taste!
