Quinoa, tomato sauce, chili and garlic shavings and chopped coriander
For 4 people :
- 200g of quinoa
- 8 tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- Fresh coriander
- 1 Chilli and Garlic Carving Seasoning
- Boil the tomatoes in water until the skin peels off
- Brown the onion in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil
- Chop the garlic and add it to the onion
- Once the tomatoes are cooked, dice them and add them to the pan with the onion and garlic, adding olive oil to taste
- add salt and pepper
- Simmer for at least 30 minutes covered
- Meanwhile, rinse the quinoa with cold water and place it in a saucepan
- Cover it with twice its volume of water
- Lightly salt, place the pan on the heat and leave until the water is gone
- Once the quinoa is ready, drain and arrange on the plate
- Add the tomato sauce
- Chop the cilantro and sprinkle over the plate
- Cut a few shavings of Chilli & Garlic Carving Seasoning
- Taste!
