
Recipe for Marinated Salmon and Chili & Garlic
- 4 salmon fillets
- 50 g of soy sauce
- 20 g of ginger
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 stick of Chili & Garlic seasoning
- Remove the bones from the salmon fillets.
- Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, and honey.
- Chop or grate the ginger into the soy mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the fish and turn the flesh side.
- Let marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
- Serve with seasoning to chop chili and garlic.
