Recipe for Marinated Salmon and Chili & Garlic

For 4 people:

    1. Remove the bones from the salmon fillets.
    2. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, and honey.
    3. Chop or grate the ginger into the soy mixture.
    4. Pour the mixture over the fish and turn the flesh side.
    5. Let marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    6. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
    7. Serve with seasoning to chop chili and garlic.
