marinated salmon | Chilli & Garlic Carving Seasoning
For 4 people :
- 4 salmon steaks
- 50g soy sauce
- 20 gr of ginger
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Bone the salmon steaks.
- Mix soy, vinegar and honey.
- Chop or grate the ginger into the soy preparation.
- Pour the preparation over the fish and turn the flesh side up.
- Leave to marinate for 30 mins / 1 hour.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
- Serve with Chilli & Garlic Carving Seasoning.
