marinated salmon | Chilli & Garlic Carving Seasoning

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, Savant Food assistant

For 4 people :

- 4 salmon steaks
- 50g soy sauce 
- 20 gr of ginger 
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey

    1. Bone the salmon steaks.
    2. Mix soy, vinegar and honey.
    3. Chop or grate the ginger into the soy preparation.
    4. Pour the preparation over the fish and turn the flesh side up.
    5. Leave to marinate for 30 mins / 1 hour.
    6. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
    7. Serve with Chilli & Garlic Carving Seasoning.
