
Quick Tapenade Recipe and Chili & Garlic
Let yourself be carried away by our tapenade recipe concocted by our Savants Food. Sit comfortably in your living room or on your terrace, by a beach or in front of a lake, close your eyes, focus on the sound of cicadas... You have arrived in the south.
For 6 people:
- 250g of black olives (pitted)
- 10cl of olive oil
- 3 teaspoons of capers
- 1 stick of Chili & Garlic seasoning
- Drain the olives and capers
- Blend everything for about 5 minutes (until the desired texture is achieved).
- Serve on hot toasts with some shavings of Assaisonnement à tailler Piment et ail.
