Tapenade Express | Chilli & Garlic Carving Seasoning

The tapenade, this essential of Mediterranean gastronomy which accompanies our long summer aperitifs on the terrace, and which takes us on a journey to the depths of the lands of Provence.

Recette simple et rapide de tapenade par OCNI Factory et Assaisonnement à tailler Piment et Ail

For 6 persons :
- 250gr of black olives (pitted)
- 10cl d'huile d'olive
- 3 teaspoons of capers
- 1 Chilli & Garlic Carving Seasoning

  1. Drain the olives and capers
  2. Mix everything for about 5 minutes (until the desired texture is obtained).
  3. Serve on warm toast with a few slivers of Chilli & Garlic Carving Seasoning.
  4. Taste!
