
Recipe for Black Pudding Bites with Old-Style Mustard & Espelette Pepper
For 4 people:
- 1 blood sausage
- Old-style mustard
- 1 country bread
- 1 stick of Espelette Pepper seasoning
- Cut the blood sausage into slices about 1cm thick
- Cut the bread into slices and toast it
- Spread the mustard to your liking on the bread
- Place a slice of blood sausage on each toast
- Cut a shaving of Espelette Pepper Seasoning on each bite
