Banana skewers | Seasoning to cut Espelette, Jolokia, Trinidad or Reaper peppers
For 6 persons:
- 4 bananas
- 16 slices of bacon
- Honey
- 1 knob of butter
- Pepper
- Espelette, Jolokia, Trinidad or Reaper chile seasoning
- Peel and cut the bananas into sections then sprinkle them with pepper.
- Wrap the slices of bacon around your sections.
- Secure the bacon around the banana using skewers.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Brown the bananas lightly with a knob of butter.
- Drizzle the preparation with honey (optional).
- Bake the bananas for 6 to 8 minutes in an oven at 200°C.
- Cut a few shavings of Seasoning to be cut with the pepper of your choice on the skewers.
