For 6 persons:
- 4 bananas
- 16 slices of bacon
- Honey
- 1 knob of butter
- Pepper
- Espelette, Jolokia, Trinidad or Reaper chile seasoning

  1. Peel and cut the bananas into sections then sprinkle them with pepper.
  2. Wrap the slices of bacon around your sections.
  3. Secure the bacon around the banana using skewers.
  4. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  5. Brown the bananas lightly with a knob of butter.
  6. Drizzle the preparation with honey (optional).
  7. Bake the bananas for 6 to 8 minutes in an oven at 200°C.
