
Recipe for Banana Skewers & Espelette Pepper
For 6 people:
- 4 bananas
- 16 slices of bacon
- Honey
- 1 knob of butter
- Pepper
- 1 stick of seasoning to shave Espelette chili
- Peel and cut the bananas into pieces, then sprinkle with pepper.
- Wrap the bacon slices around your pieces.
- Secure the bacon around the banana using skewers.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Lightly brown the bananas with a knob of butter.
- Drizzle the preparation with honey (optional).
- Bake the bananas for 6 to 8 minutes in an oven at 200°C.
- Cut some shavings of seasoning with chili of your choice onto the skewers.
