Saffron Rice Pudding Recipe

For 2 people:

Saffron Rice Pudding Recipe
  • Rinse the rice.
  • Mix the milk, cream, vanilla pod, cinnamon, salt, and honey.
  • Heat up, once boiling, sprinkle in the rice.
  • Let cook over low heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • When the rice has absorbed all the milk, pour into a ramekin and let cool.
  • Serve warm or cold according to your taste and accompany with Safran Chopping Seasoning.
