Spaghetti de courgette | Candied Lemon Carving Seasoning
For 2 people :
- 4 courgettes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic

- Parsley, thyme, rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Wash and cut the ends of the courgettes.
- Make spaghetti using a mandolin and stopping before the center (to avoid the zucchini puree during cooking).
- Chop and sauté the onion, garlic.
- Add the zucchini spaghetti and sauté for 8 minutes.
- Chop the herbs and stir them into the zucchini.
- Zest the lemon and add the juice to the mixture to deglaze your pan.
- Remove from the heat and enjoy directly with the Lemon confit dressing seasoning.
