
Zucchini Spaghetti & Preserved Lemon Recipe
For 2 people:
- 4 zucchinis
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 yellow lemon
- Parsley, thyme, rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 stick of Preserved Lemon Seasoning
- Wash and cut off the ends of the zucchinis.
- Make spaghetti using a mandoline, stopping before the center (to avoid zucchini puree during cooking).
- Slice and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the zucchini spaghetti and sauté for 8 minutes.
- Chop the herbs and mix them into the zucchinis.
- Zest the lemon and add the juice to the mixture to deglaze your pan.
- Remove from heat and enjoy directly with the preserved lemon seasoning.
