Spaghetti de courgette | Candied Lemon Carving Seasoning

Recipe imagined by Arthur Huet, assistant of the Savant Food

For 2 people :

- 4 courgettes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon
- Parsley, thyme, rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil


  1. Wash and cut the ends of the courgettes.
  2. Make spaghetti using a mandolin and stopping before the center (to avoid the zucchini puree during cooking).
  3. Chop and sauté the onion, garlic.
  4. Add the zucchini spaghetti and sauté for 8 minutes.
  5. Chop the herbs and stir them into the zucchini.
  6. Zest the lemon and add the juice to the mixture to deglaze your pan.
  7. Remove from the heat and enjoy directly with the Lemon confit dressing seasoning.
