We tell you about our OCNIENS Ambassadors #3: L’Atelier gourmand Issy-les-Moulineaux
Dear Ocnivores,
The OCNI team presents you today Eric from L'Atelier Gourmand Issy-les-Moulineaux. Seasonings to cut arrived at the workshop in November 2018 in the kitchen and in the shop area. We asked Eric a few questions.

Could you tell us about your shop in a few words?
The Atelier Gourmand shop, is beyond the cooking classes that we practice, the reflection of a selection of fine products providing our classes, and therefore our customers, with quality and different culinary aids.
How long have you been an OCNI partner?
It's been a very short time. I discovered the product thanks to a TV report. This immediately spoke to me, and when I met OCNI Factory at a trade show, the products arrived very quickly in my culinary workshop. It was obvious.
Why did you choose Dressing Seasonings in your shop?
In the kitchen, we particularly season our dishes. And we are always on the lookout for products that add flavor. This is the case with salt and pepper. Herbs and flowers also bring taste and decoration. The sharpening pencil brings all this at the same time with the added surprise of the chip.
What is your favorite pencil?
They all bring different flavors depending on the desired result. But I admit to having a weakness for the Piment d'Espelette pencil.
What are your customers' feedback on our products?
It is still too early to talk about customer feedback. But the idea is catching on, it's a very good gift idea in any case, and customers are coming back to restock.
Any ideas for an upcoming pencil flavor?
