Recipe for Potato Chips and Cumin & Porcini Sauce
- 3 potatoes
- 100 g of fromage blanc
- 2 g of cumin
- 1 g of turmeric (for color)
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Sunflower oil
- Salt, pepper
- 1 seasoning stick with Cèpe
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
- Put the slices in cold water.
- Heat oil in a saucepan.
- Mix the fromage blanc, cumin, vinegar, and turmeric.
- Fry the potatoes in the oil.
- Remove the chips from the oil bath when they no longer bubble in the oil and place them on absorbent paper.
- Salt and pepper the chips.
- Enjoy the chips with the cumin sauce accompanied by lime pencil shavings, or enjoy them alone paired with the porcini pencil.
