Potato chips and cumin sauce | Lime and Boletus Carving Seasoning
- 3 potatoes
- 100g cottage cheese
- 2 grams of cumin
- 1 gr of turmeric (for color)
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- sunflower oil
- salt pepper
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
- Put the slices in cold water.
- Heat oil in a saucepan.
- Mix cottage cheese, cumin, vinegar and turmeric.
- Fry the potatoes in oil.
- Remove the chips from the oil bath when they no longer bubble in the oil and put them on a paper towel.
- Salt and pepper the chips.
- Enjoy the chips with the cumin sauce accompanied by shavings of lime pencil, or taste them alone associated with the cepe pencil.
