Penne with cream and chives, cepe shavings

Very simple Christmas recipes: Penne with cream and chives, porcini shavings

For 4 people :
- 600gr of penne
- 50cl of fresh cream
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 small onion
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- 1 Seasoning to cut Cep

    1. Boil salted water and add the pasta
    2. Cook the pasta until al dente
    3. Cut the chives, set aside
    4. Brown the onion in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil
    5. Add the fresh cream to the saucepan, salt, pepper, and mix
    6. When the pasta is done cooking, remove from the heat and drain.
    7. Add the pasta to the fresh cream and mix
    8. Arrange, add the fresh chives and cut a few shavings of Porcini mushroom carving seasoning
    9. Taste!
