Penne with cream and chives, cepe shavings
For 4 people :
- 600gr of penne
- 50cl of fresh cream
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 small onion
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- 1 Seasoning to cut Cep
- Boil salted water and add the pasta
- Cook the pasta until al dente
- Cut the chives, set aside
- Brown the onion in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil
- Add the fresh cream to the saucepan, salt, pepper, and mix
- When the pasta is done cooking, remove from the heat and drain.
- Add the pasta to the fresh cream and mix
- Arrange, add the fresh chives and cut a few shavings of Porcini mushroom carving seasoning
- Taste!
