Recipe for Penne with cream and chives & porcini mushroom

For 4 people:

Penne recipe with cream, chives & Cèpe

    1. Boil salted water and add the pasta
    2. Cook the pasta until al dente
    3. Chop the chives, set aside
    4. Sauté the onion in a saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil
    5. Add the fresh cream to the saucepan, salt, pepper, and mix
    6. When the pasta cooking is finished, remove from heat and drain
    7. Incorporate the pasta into the fresh cream and mix
    8. Plate, add fresh chives, and cut some shavings of Assaisonnements à tailler cèpe
    9. Enjoy!
