
Recipe for Penne with cream and chives & porcini mushroom
- 600g of penne
- 50cl of fresh cream
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 small onion
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- 1 seasoning stick with Cèpe
- Boil salted water and add the pasta
- Cook the pasta until al dente
- Chop the chives, set aside
- Sauté the onion in a saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil
- Add the fresh cream to the saucepan, salt, pepper, and mix
- When the pasta cooking is finished, remove from heat and drain
- Incorporate the pasta into the fresh cream and mix
- Plate, add fresh chives, and cut some shavings of Assaisonnements à tailler cèpe
- Enjoy!
