
Cilantro Hummus | Seasoning to cut Candied lemon or Chilli and garlic
- 500 g cooked chickpeas
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 30 coriander leaves
- 1 citron
- salt pepper
- Lightly mix the chickpeas and coriander.
- Add olive oil, lemon zest and juice.
- Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
- Enjoy with toasted bread accompanied by shavings of chilli and garlic or candied lemon pencil.
