
Coriander & Preserved Lemon / Chili and Garlic Hummus Recipe
- 500 g cooked chickpeas
- 10 cl olive oil
- 30 coriander leaves
- 1 lemon
- 1 Preserved Lemon spice stick
- 1 Chili and Garlic seasoning stick
- Salt, pepper
- Lightly blend the chickpeas and coriander.
- Add the olive oil, lemon zest, and its juice.
- Blend until the desired consistency is reached.
- Enjoy with toasted bread accompanied by shavings of Chili and Garlic seasoning stick or Preserved Lemon.
