Cilantro Hummus | Seasoning to cut Candied lemon or Chilli and garlic

For 6 persons :

- 500 g cooked chickpeas
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 30 coriander leaves
- 1 citron
- salt pepper

  1. Lightly mix the chickpeas and coriander.
  2. Add olive oil, lemon zest and juice.
  3. Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Enjoy with toasted bread accompanied by shavings of chilli and garlic or candied lemon pencil.
