Coriander & Preserved Lemon / Chili and Garlic Hummus Recipe

For 6 people:

  1. Lightly blend the chickpeas and coriander.
  2. Add the olive oil, lemon zest, and its juice.
  3. Blend until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Enjoy with toasted bread accompanied by shavings of Chili and Garlic seasoning stick or Preserved Lemon.
